Almost 15 months later, Katie still remains in the hospital, where she has been since she was born.  She is scheduled another surgery on December 11th. This will be her 8th, and hopefully last surgery to correct her Laryngeal Cleft. Katie's custom painted shoes are beautiful, and just the meaning of them brings tears to my eyes.
